Submitting blog posts and case studies
Any member of the Women In Cloud Native Community can write a blog post or case study and submit it for review.
The Women In Cloud Native Blog communicates and shares knowledge about cloud-native platforms, technologies, case studies, and best practices.
Topics to be covered:
Infrastructure as Code(IAC)
DevOps best practices
Select a subject: Select a theme that is important and intriguing to your ideal interest group. Consider covering serverless computing, microservices, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
Determine who you want to reach: Your content should be tailored to the level of technical expertise of the people who make up your target audience. Is it safe to say they are novices or specialists in cloud-local advancements?
Brief introduction: Briefly explain what the case study or post will cover and why it is relevant to your audience.
Utilize clear and compact language: Be careful not to use technical jargon your audience might not comprehend. Utilize clear and compact language to make sense of ideas and thoughts.
Use clear pictures: Using diagrams, screenshots, or videos, you can demonstrate difficult concepts.
Give concrete examples: Give examples or case studies to show how cloud-native technologies can be applied in real-world situations.
Provide concrete recommendations: Give your readers concrete takeaways that they can use in their own writing.
Talk about best practices: Provide guidance and best practices for avoiding common pitfalls and implementing cloud-native technologies.
Add a concluding sentence: Sum up the central matters of the post or contextual investigation and give an end that integrates everything.
Check for errors: Finally, proofread and edit your content thoroughly before publishing to ensure it is error-free and simple to read.
